| A group event is a single adverse event affecting several people. This may include, for example: an infectious disease, an adverse laboratory event, a breach of confidentiality, etc. With Gesrisk, you can produce as many declarations as there were people affected in just a few clicks, thanks to an ingenious process. The first step consists of filling in the group event itself: date, time and place of the event, type of event, nature, consequences, intervention(s). The second step is to identify all affected people using the customer file number as a search key. Now all that remains is to ask the program to automatically create a declaration for each affected person. This last step only lasts a few seconds. Each declaration is linked to the group event to ensure traceability and enable effective management, case by case. |
