| This is a supplementary form to the declaration. It allows you to record information obtained as part of an in-depth investigation linked to a sentinel event or a group event. To facilitate the use of this in-depth analysis form, all elements previously recorded in the declaration are automatically reported in the relevant sections. During the in-depth analysis of a sentinel event, in addition to the real/expected consequences and possible causes, several measures to be implemented are clearly identified: support measures for the client, loved ones and to avoid the recurrence of a such event. The risk management team will also be able to identify the repercussions for the organization as well as the various reports required (insurance, coroner). A deep scan status tracking indicator (widget) is updated as soon as a form is created. This indicator makes it possible to monitor progress in the completion of reports to support the integrated risk management process. |
